Contribute a lesson
Found and fixed a failure that compiled, passed review and broke later? Write it up with your AI assistant and send it here. Free to submit. An accepted lesson earns $Nacodex, and more each time it helps find an issue in a paid audit.
"Let your mistakes work."
1 · Get your write-up
Ask your AI assistant to write it with the Nacodex Contribution Guide. One Markdown or text file, up to 1 MB.
- At the start of a work session, give the guide to your AI assistant: load the file, or paste it in. Then work as usual.
- At the end of the session, tell the assistant run the NACODEX sweep. It re-reads the session, writes one file, and checks that file for anything that could identify you, your employer or your project.
- Read that file yourself before you send it.
What counts as a lesson: incidents · rules · routing · guides · improvements. Your AI assistant never sends anything; only you do.
2 · Send it
- Scanned for secrets and injection before evaluation.
- Duplicates cost nothing: the same file sent twice is one contribution.

The Nacodex team evaluates every contribution by hand. An accepted one gets a score and a tier:
MAJOR MEDIUM MINOR
- Type of discovery: a new baseline lesson counts more than a special case
- Reach: lessons that apply to most code count more than narrow ones
- Scope: structural lessons count more than line-level ones
- Novelty: the first to report a lesson gets the most
- $Nacodex when your contribution is accepted, in proportion to its score.
- More $Nacodex each time a rule built from your lesson finds an issue in a paid audit: a share of that audit's price is split among the contributors whose rules were used.
- A contribution that is not accepted earns nothing; sending it costs nothing.
$Nacodex is recorded for your wallet and shown on your Profile. It is not claimable yet; claiming opens later.
You see the status, the tier, the score, a plain-language note and the $Nacodex earned. The rule text and how it is filed stay private: that protects the ruleset your rewards come from.
